We want you to feel completely confident in your skincare ritual. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Return requests must be submitted within the 30-day window

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo and your order number so we can make it right—at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Gift cards
